All Inclusive?
The Yellow Bird caters to all guests and there may be nominal charges for certain amenities. Breakfast is served daily and, for a small charge, items can be made to order. Plus, guests can order lunch for the next day, also for a small charge. Guests can enjoy the Last Mango Bar where you can find just about anything you need to quench your thirst, all at reasonable prices that can be charged to your room.
The large "all inclusive" resorts can actually be quite exclusive. They exclude you from meeting the real people of Jamaica, and from going to different bars and restaurants up and down the beach. Guests staying at The Yellow Bird have the unique opportunity to experience the “real” Jamaica. Take a walk down the beach and meet Big John who sells beer, visit Angelo who prepares pizza and pasta and enjoy live reggae music up and down the beach! These 'real' adventures are not promoted to those staying at larger resorts.
